About PJM Consulting
PJM Consulting is a South African registered and based consulting firm specialising in corporate governance, B-BBEE advisory, regulatory compliance and leadership support. We work with organisations navigating complexity, change and high-pressure environments.
PJM Consulting is a 100% black woman-owned EME with a Level 1 B-BBEE status, founded by Mona Naicker to bring clarity, stability, and principled guidance to organisations navigating an increasingly complex world.
With over 15 years’ experience in corporate affairs and legal roles across the energy and infrastructure sectors, Mona has supported organisations through regulatory change, operational restructuring, leadership transitions, and high-pressure environments requiring calm, strategic direction.
Mona holds a Bachelor of Social Science and an LLB, together with a Masters of Law (LLM) in Environmental law and Governance and is an admitted attorney (non-practicing). Her work across diverse organisational landscapes revealed a consistent pattern:
- People were carrying too much.
- The work was getting done — but at a cost.
- Burnout, overwhelm, unclear expectations, constant urgency, and emotional strain were quietly shaping performance, culture, and well-being.
- Teams needed more than instructions; they needed structure, clarity, and support.
PJM Consulting was created to meet that need.
We believe that organisations thrive when people have the space to think clearly, work purposefully, and move forward with confidence. Our approach combines legal insight, governance expertise, and an understanding of human dynamics to help teams:
Build clarity in roles, responsibilities, and decision-making
Navigate operational and leadership transitions with stability
Strengthen culture, communication, and alignment
Reduce pressure points that compromise well-being and performance
At PJM Consulting, we don’t just offer solutions — we create environments where people and organisations can breathe, align, and grow with purpose.

Founders Statement
I partner with organisations in moments of transition, pressure and redefinition.
The work is not only technical — it is fundamentally human.
Leadership demands discernment, steadiness and the courage to uphold standards even when the path is uncertain.
My role is to bring clarity, structure and integrity to that process
— so your organisation can move forward with confidence, purpose and alignment.
